Job summary

The Stepstone Group is seeking an engineering leader to guide CRM-focused initiatives and manage multiple engineering teams in Greater London. You will mentor engineers, align delivery with business goals, and communicate technical plans to stakeholders.

As a manager and engineer, you will collaborate with product owners and business analysts to drive innovation, support growth, and maintain a healthy engineering culture in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Line management, coaching and career progression for multiple engineering teams.
• Excellent communication with developers, product owners, stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Emotional intelligence and inclusive mindset, respectful collaboration across diverse teams.
• Delivery-focused, accountable for team commitments and value delivery.
• Technical knowledge of Salesforce (APEX, metadata API, etc.), Salesforce CLI; Sales Cloud desirable, other clouds optional.

Responsibilities

• Line management, coaching, career progression, planning and growth for multiple engineering teams.
• Ensuring excellent engineering and innovation in every delivery iteration and roadmap.
• Sharing technical knowledge within the team and with other teams and Associate Engineering Managers.
• Identifying barriers to innovation and planning their removal (training, debt reduction, etc.).
• Lending hands-on support with Salesforce, VS Code, Git, CI/CD and AWS when needed.
