Loop is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional product team. You’ll set the team’s technical direction, drive delivery, structure, and health, while partnering with product and design to build valuable software.

You’ll own the roadmap, backlog, and hiring decisions, enforce engineering fundamentals, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration across stakeholders. This role is based in the United States with a blended environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing high-performing software teams in SaaS or ecommerce.
• Hands-on software engineering background to guide architecture and coding practices.
• Experience shipping value with product and design collaboration.
• Proven ability to balance priorities and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow an autonomous, high-performing engineering team.
• Own shipping and logistics domain end-to-end including integrations.
• Own technical direction, backlog, and delivery processes.
• Champion AI adoption and set expectations for AI-generated work.
• Uphold test-driven development, SOLID, and sustainable delivery.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to shape roadmap and communicate decisions.
• Foster accountability, visibility, and healthy stakeholder communication.
