Qualifications

Typically 7–10 years proven experience in Mechanical/Product Design environments.
Degree-level technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design.
Experience leading CAD reviews and design reviews.
Experience building prototypes and lab testing.
Strong ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

Lead design studies to solve technical or consumer issues in product development.
Own the designs from conception through CAD execution, prototyping and verification.
