Job summary

Stirling Warrington Limited in Ledbury is seeking an Engineering Manager who leads from the front, stays on the shop floor, and earns respect through visibility and decisiveness. Engineering Manager

£80-90,000 plus car allowance, bonus, pension, benefits. Ledbury

This role is about the person. We, a well-established heavy manufacturing business, needs a Senior Engineering Manager who leads from the front: someone who's out on the shop floor, rolls their sleeves up and earns respect by being visible, approachable and decisive.

The role

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll lead the site's engineering function through a team of managers and a large multi-disciplined engineering and maintenance team. You'll own:
