THE ENGINEERING MANAGER ROLE:

As Engineering Manager, you'll lead and develop a team of Software Engineers, taking ownership of performance, career development and creating a high-performing engineering culture.

You'll work closely with Engineering, Product and senior stakeholders to improve delivery, engineering standards and ways of working. You'll also help drive the team's adoption of AI-assisted development and modern engineering practices.

Although this isn't a hands-on development role, you'll have a strong software engineering background and enough technical depth to contribute effectively to engineering discussions and decision-making.
