Job summary

AVK UK Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Manager to drive the automation and digitalisation strategy across Chesterfield, Hyde and Corby.

You will lead a high-performing engineering team, improve plant performance, and implement Industry 4.0 solutions with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes cross-site collaboration, delivery of capex plans, and continuous improvement across three manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Degree or HND in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or similar).
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in automation projects and continuous improvement.
• Experience delivering multi-site engineering strategies.

• Overseeing installation, commissioning and optimisation of equipment and layouts

We have a vacancy for an Engineering Manager to work across our three AVK UK sites, Chesterfield, Hyde and Corby., This is a pivotal role where you'll take ownership of the engineering strategy, delivering automation projects and improving plant performance across multiple sites. You'll play a key part in transforming operations through LEAN methodology, data-driven decision-making, and Industry 4.0 technologies.,
