Qualifications

• Teaching qualification or commitment to achieve DET (Desirable).
• Degree in a relevant subject.
• Level 2 Maths and English (GCSE A*-C or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the department with enthusiasm, dedication and pro-active approach.
• Assess learners using formative and summative methods with timely feedback.
• Regularly review attendance, targets and progress to support outcomes.
• Deliver engaging, differentiated teaching for diverse learners.
• Design work schemes, lesson plans and assessment activities.
