Job summary

ASOS is seeking an Engineering Lead to own the Technology Cost Management capability within Digital Foundation. You will define the strategy, prioritise initiatives, and drive a cohesive cost-management product across cloud, software, and assets.

You will partner with Engineering, Finance, and Procurement to deliver trusted cost data, forecasting, and governance that enables value-driven investment decisions while keeping delivery pace. Hybrid work and senior leadership exposure are offered.

Qualifications

• Experienced engineering or platform leader with cross-domain understanding (tech, finance, procurement).
• Ability to turn data and insights into actionable decisions and governance.
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and driving outcomes.
• Experience leading engineering, platform, or cost/FinOps teams.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and roadmap for Technology Cost Management.
• Own delivery across cost intelligence, cloud economics, software/asset economics, and governance.
• Turn analysis into decision-ready outputs and business cases.
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, and Procurement across Digital Foundation.
