• Stay engaged with technical design, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
• Translate ambitious product visions into scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and data teams to align on priorities and roadmaps.
• Coach and develop senior engineers, enabling ownership of technical initiatives.
• Maintain understanding of system architecture, performance, and reliability.
• Hire, onboard, and support exceptional engineering talent.
