You will guide engineers through data, product, and infrastructure challenges, shape architecture, and influence other leaders with your craft. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-growing, globally oriented company.

• Proven people leadership in an engineering context.
• Experience scaling platforms and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in data, product, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Translate ambitious product visions into scalable, production-ready solutions by making sound, data-driven technical and strategic decisions.
• Partner closely with product managers, designers, and data teams to align on priorities, shape roadmaps, and deliver user features and platform capabilities.
• Coach and develop senior engineers, enabling them to take ownership of technical initiatives and expand their influence across the organization.
