Warden AI in London is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead a small senior team, own end‑to‑end engineering, and represent engineering to customers and auditors. You'll write production code, shape designs, and coach engineers through hard problems.

Beyond running the team, you'll set how it works as AI changes software, aiming to keep pace with a fast‑growing business. The role offers £120-140k base plus meaningful equity and a hybrid setup with three days per week in our London office.

Formación

• Deep technical expertise with senior engineering experience.
• Proven technical and people leadership at scale.
• Experience growing engineering teams in startups or scale-ups.
• Enterprise B2B product delivery and security a plus.
• Strong business judgment and product sense.
• High agency and ability to drive outcomes.
• Ambition to advance AI-enabled software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture decisions and own platform evolution.
• Write production code and shape designs with the team.

• Manage delivery and roadmap in collaboration with leadership.
• Oversee ISMS, security reviews and regulatory obligations.
