Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior engineering leader to head the Key Management services within the Chief Security Office's Cryptography Lab. You will own end-to-end health, reliability and ongoing improvement, guiding a team of engineers to design, build and operate services in line with security policy and audits.

Qualifications

• Senior engineering leadership with accountability for delivery and operational outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Key Management concepts and cryptographic controls.
• Experience leading and developing engineering teams in high-risk, regulated environments.
• Ability to collaborate with Product Owners, Risk, Compliance and Audit.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering capability for Key Management services in the cryptography lab.
• Ensure services are designed, built and operated in line with security policy and audit requirements.
