Job summary

Wise is building a new network for the world’s money. You will contribute to the Platform Eligibility domain, driving the technical vision for the owned area, and help scale the transfer product with RESTful APIs and robust data handling.

The team operates across London and Cherkasy offices in an agile setup, collaborating closely with product managers and analysts to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience with Java 8+.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases and schema design.
• Designing, deploying, and maintaining clean RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of best coding practices, code reviews and open feedback.
• Ability to write testable code and experience with TDD.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the platform, back-office tooling and customer-facing flows.
• Help scale-up and build a world class transfer product.
