Titanbay is seeking a Software Engineering Lead to guide a high‑performing squad within a cross‑functional product team. You will shape what we build with Product, while driving AI‑powered workflows across the development lifecycle to improve how we build, ship and scale software.

You’ll mentor engineers, own technical direction, and partner closely with Product to deliver customer and business outcomes. This is a hands‑on leadership role in a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineers within a cross-functional product team.
• Proven track record delivering meaningful business outcomes.
• Strong background in system design and modern full‑stack development.

Responsibilities

• Translate product strategy into technical direction and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Product & Design to shape roadmaps and feasibility.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery for your squad from discovery to production.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing engineering team.
• Champion AI adoption to improve productivity, quality and speed.
• Maintain high engineering standards through reviews, testing and practices.
