NatWest is offering an eight-week Engineering internship in the UK, designed to immerse you in real projects and agile ways of working. You’ll participate in Scrum teams, contribute to engineering tasks, and learn how AI tools shape modern banking solutions.

Successful candidates will be penultimate-year STEM students with strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a drive to learn. The programme leads toward a graduate role and a supportive Learning Academy environment.

Qualifications

• Penultimate year of university with STEM focus.
• Achieve a 2:1 in a STEM subject.
• Clear communication and ability to explain ideas.

Responsibilities

• Participate in real engineering projects within Scrum teams.
• Attend daily stand ups and end-of-sprint events to drive progress.
• Develop engineering skills using agile methods and AI-assisted practices.
• Engage in networking events and learn how engineering supports the bank.
