Job summary

NatWest is launching a 12‑month Engineering graduate programme across Digital X and Customer Operations. You’ll work on live projects, learn modern AI‑assisted engineering tools, and rotate through an immersive bootcamp and nine months of real project delivery.

You'll gain hands‑on experience in coding, testing, deployment, Agile practices, and collaboration with global teams. Upon successful completion, you’ll move into a permanent Engineering role in a purpose‑led organisation.

Qualifications

• To join our Engineering graduate programme, you’ll need a 2:1 in a STEM subject.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to break down complex problems.
• A curious, logical mindset with a passion for solving problems and exploring new technologies, including AI.
• Confidence working with data, statistics, and experimentation and evidence‑based decision making.
• A flexible attitude, comfortable with change and continuous learning in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
