Job summary

RBS is seeking a motivated Engineering intern in Manchester to join a hybrid work environment. You will contribute to real engineering projects, participate in daily stand ups, and advance your skills through AI-assisted engineering practices while learning NatWest ways of working.

The eight-week programme offers exposure to diverse tech teams and a pathway to the graduate programme, with assessment at the end. Penultimate-year students in STEM are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Penultimate year of university required.
• On track to achieve a 2:1 in a STEM subject.

Responsibilities

• Actively participating in real engineering projects within Scrum teams.
• Attend daily stand ups and end-of-sprint demos to drive progress.
• Develop engineering skills through agile methodologies and emerging technologies.
