NatWest Group is offering an eight-week Engineering internship designed to immerse you in agile ways of working and real business projects. You’ll join SCRUM teams, contribute to engineering work, and learn how our AI-assisted practices support secure, scalable banking solutions.

Our Engineering internship is structured differently to all other internships and is designed to give you a real appreciation of what it means to work for us as an Engineer. The programme emphasises agile ways of working and immerses you in a dynamic and collaborative environment in which you'll get to work in Scrums on real business projects supported by engineering experts.
At the end of the internship, we'll assess you on what you've learned. Complete this successfully and you could be offered a place on our Engineering graduate programme, where you can carry forward the skills you've learned into the next stage of your career.
