NatWest is offering an Engineering internship that immerses you in agile ways of working and real business projects within our Technology function. You’ll join Scrums, contribute to live engineering work, and be mentored by engineers shaping our digital banking platforms.
Over eight weeks you’ll develop your engineering skills with AI‑assisted practices, attend networking and tech spotlight events, and gain a clear view of our graduate programme and how engineering drives customer value.

Our Engineering internship is structured differently to all other internships and is designed to give you a real appreciation of what it means to work for us as an Engineer. The programme emphasises agile ways of working and immerses you in a dynamic and collaborative environment in which you’ll get to work in Scrums on real business projects supported by engineering experts.
At the end of the internship, we’ll assess you on what you’ve learned. Complete this successfully and you could be offered a place on our Engineering graduate programme, where you can carry forward the skills you’ve learnt into the next stage of your career.
