Job summary

Bolt is seeking a Health & Safety Co-Ordinator (Engineering) to support their facilities management operations in Birkenhead. The role combines office-based administration with hands-on RAMS and safety documentation support for engineers and operations teams.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent is essential.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience reviewing and managing RAMS documentation is essential.
• Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and compliance.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication with engineers, subcontractors and clients.
• Proficient in MS Office and digital admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the Health & Safety Manager with delivery and improvement of standards.
• Provide Health & Safety support across national facilities management operations.
• Review, coordinate and maintain RAMS and safe-working docs.
• Ensure RAMS are completed and maintained.
• Assist engineers and teams with RAMS and safety documentation.
• Support audits, inspections and compliance activities.
• Monitor compliance with legislation and procedures.
• Maintain accurate safety records and incident logs.
