Job summary

HVAC Recruitment is seeking a Health & Safety Coordinator to join our established engineering and facilities management practice on a UK-wide basis. This office-based role focuses on RAMS, training, compliance, and subcontractor documentation to support engineers.

The successful candidate will have experience in health & safety administration within FM/engineering environments, with strong organisational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks in a busy office setting.

Qualifications

• RAMS knowledge and experience is essential
• Experience coordinating training and certifications
• Ability to manage subcontractor documentation
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities
• Confident liaising with engineers and site teams

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage RAMS (risk assessments & method statements)
• Coordinate Health & Safety documentation and compliance
• Ensure RAMS and paperwork reach the correct teams
• Coordinate subcontractor compliance and site access requirements
• Arrange engineer training, refresher courses and certification
• Keep training records and certificates up to date
• Coordinate travel and accommodation for training
• Support Health & Safety Manager with daily administration
