HVAC Recruitment is seeking a Health & Safety Coordinator to join our established engineering and facilities management practice on a UK-wide basis. This office-based role focuses on RAMS, training, compliance, and subcontractor documentation to support engineers.

The successful candidate will have experience in health & safety administration within FM/engineering environments, with strong organisational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks in a busy office setting.

Salary: £38,000-£40,000 Location: UK - Office Based Hours: Monday to Friday Contract: Permanent

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Health & Safety Coordinator to join an established engineering and Facilities Management business.

This is an office-based Health & Safety role, focused on coordinating compliance, RAMS, training, subcontractor documentation and supporting engineers across a UK-wide operation.

This role would suit someone with a Health & Safety administration or coordination background who understands engineering, construction, FM or building services environments.

The Role

• Prepare and manage RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements).
• Coordinate Health & Safety documentation and compliance.
• Ensure RAMS and relevant paperwork are issued to the correct teams.
• Coordinate subcontractor compliance and site access requirements.
• Arrange engineer training, refresher courses and certification.
• Keep training records and certificates up to date.
• Coordinate associated travel and accommodation for training.
• Chase outstanding documentation and compliance requirements.
• Support the Health & Safety Manager with day-to-day administration.

About You

• Previous experience in a Health & Safety Coordinator, Health & Safety Administrator or Compliance Coordinator role.
• Experience within Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, Construction or Distribution.
• Good understanding of RAMS and Health & Safety compliance.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Confident communicating with engineers and subcontractors.
• Good attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working in a busy office-based environment.
