Rolls-Royce, in partnership with the University of Bath, offers a 6‑month Bath External Integrated Project internship starting February 2027. The role combines engineering project work with business exposure, including reports and seminars assessed by both the university and Rolls-Royce.

On-site in Bristol with hybrid working options and a recruitment path into a graduate programme for strong performers. Candidates should be high‑calibre engineering students; the scheme has run for over 20 years

Responsibilities

• Submit reports and give seminars as part of the university Rolls-Royce collaboration.
• Work on technical projects with a significant business element during the 6‑month placement.
• Prepare and present findings to the team and university stakeholders.
