Job summary

Rolls‑Royce Bath is offering a 6‑month EIP internship in partnership with the University of Bath. The placement covers a range of mechanical engineering projects with a strong business element and eligibility for a graduate placement based on performance.

The scheme supports hybrid working, with on-site presence expected several days per week. The starting salary is £23,600 (pro rata) plus a £500 joining bonus to assist with moving costs, and security clearance may be required for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Submit reports and deliver seminars as part of the assessment by university and Rolls‑Royce.
• Work on technical projects with significant business elements during the 6‑month placement.
