Job summary

TalentStack Recruitment is partnering with an established engineering technology business to appoint an Engineering Delivery Manager / Senior Project Manager. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across software, hardware and testing, reporting to the Managing Director and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in delivering cross-disciplinary software and hardware projects.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating design to deployment.
• Strong Agile delivery experience and budget ownership.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Able to operate in a smaller, entrepreneurial company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary engineering team across software, hardware and testing.
• Own multiple engineering and product delivery projects end-to-end.
• Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, resources and dependencies.
• Run effective Agile delivery processes and team stand-ups.
• Translate customer and commercial requirements into clear engineering priorities.
• Keep software, hardware and test teams focused on agreed outcomes.
• Manage customer and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate third-party engineering and development partners.
• Oversee external suppliers commercially and operationally.
• Identify risks early and drive issues through to resolution.
• Oversee testing, trials and real-world product deployments.
• Provide leadership with clear visibility across project status and risk.
• Bring greater structure, accountability and commercial discipline to engineering delivery.
