Job summary

TalentStack Recruitment is sourcing an Engineering Delivery Manager for an established engineering technology business in the UK. You will join the Senior Leadership Team, owning engineering delivery across software, hardware and testing, and leading a multidisciplinary team.

You’ll drive end-to-end delivery, manage budgets and timelines, run Agile ceremonies, coordinate suppliers and partners, and translate commercial needs into technical priorities while maintaining visibility of risk and

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software, technology or engineering-led projects.
• Experience leading or coordinating technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery.
• Ownership of project budgets, scope, resources and deadlines.
• Confident working with customers and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Own multiple engineering and product delivery projects end-to-end.
• Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, resources and dependencies.
• Run effective Agile delivery processes and team stand-ups.
• Translate customer and commercial requirements into clear engineering priorities.
• Keep Software, Hardware and Test teams focused on agreed outcomes.
• Manage customer and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate external suppliers and development partners.
• Identify risks early and drive issues through to resolution.
• Oversee testing, trials and real-world product deployments.
• Provide leadership with visibility across project status and risk.
• Bring structure, accountability and commercial discipline to delivery.
