Job summary

Lead Forensics is seeking an Engineering Delivery Coordinator to help scale our engineering organisation by ensuring agile initiatives are visible and effectively tracked.

You will work with Software Development, Product, Architecture, and Engineering Operations to keep Jira dashboards accurate, provide clear visibility into status and dependencies, and support planning with delivery insights. This is a delivery‑assurance role focused on transparency and proactive risk surface.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years’ experience in Agile Delivery Coordination, PMO Analysis, Technical Project Coordination, or similar roles in software, technology, or SaaS environments.
• Proven experience utilising Jira to track initiatives, epics, dependencies, milestones, and delivery status.
• Skilled in producing delivery reporting, managing RAID‑style information, and driving actions to completion.
• Experience supporting capacity, resource, or demand planning for multiple teams or concurrent initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Tracking & Jira Assurance: Ensure accuracy of engineering initiative tracking in Jira with clear ownership, status, timelines, priorities, dependencies, and linkage.
• Data Integrity: Identify and resolve stale, incomplete, or inconsistent tracking data with responsible teams.
• Flow, Risk, & Escalation: Monitor blocked work, follow up on delays, escalate risks with evidence.
• Capacity & Resource Insight: Maintain view of team capacity, planned demand, allocation; flag over/under-utilisation.
• Reporting & Management Insight: Develop initiative‑level reporting and dashboards highlighting exceptions and trends.
• Rollout Coordination: Coordinate rollout activities and milestones across Engineering, Product, and Operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Refine planning processes and metrics to simplify delivery information.
