Job summary

NT Engineering & Manufacturing are seeking an Engineering Team Leader in Renfrew to own engineering configuration management and product data governance across the full portfolio. You will ensure BOM accuracy, documentation integrity and robust change control in a cross-functional setting.

You will lead a team and collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Service to maintain audit-ready technical files and aligned data practices across sites.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience in configuration management and engineering governance.
• Strong knowledge of BOMs, revision control and technical documentation.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with ERP, PLM/PDM and CAD data environments.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration management standards across product lines.
• Lead end-to-end Engineering Change process (ECR/ECN).
• Custodian for technical files and engineering documentation.
• Maintain alignment between CAD/PDM/PLM and ERP systems.
• Standardise drawing, documentation and engineering data practices across sites.
• Support obsolescence management and legacy products.
• Lead and develop the configuration and change management team.
• Build reporting and KPIs on change performance and data quality.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering governance.
