Job summary

INDENG is seeking a PLM Analyst to lead the strategy, development, and day-to-day management of its PLM, PDM, and CAD environments. You will drive the PLM roadmap, oversee upgrades, manage licenses, and ensure robust data governance across the product development lifecycle.

Working with engineering, IT and business stakeholders, you will build a small PLM team, deliver user training, develop procedures, and produce analytics to support budgeting and performance.

Qualifications

• PLM experience within automotive or complex engineering.
• Knowledge of BOM, change control and design release workflows.
• Experience with system implementations and data migrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead selection and ongoing management of PLM solutions.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for PLM and CAD enhancements.
• Manage CAD environments, including Siemens NX and databases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and processes.
• Support legacy CAD/PDM environments as needed.
• Manage licensing, renewals and budgets for engineering software.
• Produce reporting and analytics to guide service performance and budgeting.
• Provide user support, training, and best-practice guidance.
• Develop documentation and work instructions.
• Build and lead a high-performing PLM team.
