Job summary

Cedar in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to support the engineering and construction recruitment delivery. You will source candidates across blue-collar and white-collar roles, build talent pools and assist consultants throughout the recruitment process.

Ideal candidates will have proven resourcing experience, strong communication, ability to manage multiple vacancies, and good CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment resourcing or candidate sourcing.
• Proactive approach to finding and engaging candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence speaking to candidates on the phone and via LinkedIn.
• Strong organisation skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates across engineering and construction disciplines.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines across blue-collar and white-collar roles.
• Identify and engage with passive candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
• Build relationships with candidates and maintain regular communication.
• Arrange interviews and support candidates through the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records on the CRM.
• Support consultants with vacancies and market mapping.
