Job summary

Dovetail & Slate Ltd is recruiting an Interim Curriculum Manager – Engineering for an FE college in North London. You will lead the Engineering curriculum area, oversee delivery, and drive high standards across the provision.

We are currently supporting an FE college in North London in the appointment of an experienced Interim Curriculum Manager – Engineering.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Engineering curriculum professional to take on a leadership role, overseeing curriculum delivery and supporting high standards across the Engineering provision.

The Role

• Lead and manage the Engineering curriculum area.
• Support and develop teaching staff to deliver high-quality learning.
• Monitor teaching, learning and learner outcomes.
• Oversee curriculum planning, quality and performance.
• Work closely with senior leadership and curriculum teams.
• Support the continued development and improvement of Engineering programmes.

About You

We are keen to hear from candidates with experience in FE Engineering, particularly those who have held roles such as:

You should have strong knowledge of Engineering within an FE setting, alongside previous experience of curriculum leadership, quality assurance and supporting teaching teams.
