Job summary

Dovetail & Slate Ltd in London is seeking an experienced engineering education professional to lead and manage the engineering curriculum area within a further education provider. You will oversee delivery, maintain high standards, and collaborate with colleagues to improve learner outcomes.

Your role includes supporting teaching staff, monitoring quality across teaching, learning and assessment, and driving curriculum planning and continuous improvement in engineering programmes.

Are you an experienced engineering professional ready to take on a curriculum leadership role within further education?

About the Role

You'll join a further education provider to lead and manage the engineering curriculum area, overseeing delivery and maintaining high standards across the provision.

You'll support and develop teaching staff, monitor the quality of teaching, learning and assessment, and work with colleagues to improve learner progress and outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:
