Job Description

• Clean and maintain engineering equipment and areas according to set standards and procedures.
• Replenish engineering supplies as needed.
• Respond promptly and courteously to maintenance requests.
• Report damage or malfunctions in engineering equipment or areas to the Supervisor.
• Maintain equipment in a clean and functional state.
• Attend daily briefings with the supervisor and complete assigned tasks.
• Handle complaints related to engineering equipment or areas, reporting them immediately.
• Report unusual behavior or activities in engineering areas to the Supervisor.
• Comply with the hotel’s health, safety, and hygiene policies.
• Adhere to grooming and hygiene standards.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
• Understand the importance of different equipment levels and categories.
• Follow all Lost and Found procedures properly.
• Follow Engineering SOPs diligently.
• Comply with fire evacuation procedures and first aid training requirements.
• Maintain grooming standards specific to engineering attendants.
• Attend training sessions and conduct yourself professionally at work.

Qualifications

• Secondary education.
• Good knowledge of engineering maintenance practices.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
