Job summary

Evolito invites motivated engineering students to join a 12‑month Engineering Analysis Industrial Placement in Bicester. You will work on live customer projects from day one, performing structural, modal and thermal analyses and assisting with CAD prep for FEA validation.

You will gain hands‑on experience, mentoring and real project ownership in a fast‑growing UK technology company shaping aerospace propulsion.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Engineering Science or related discipline.
• Must be able to complete an industrial placement year as part of course.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and interest in simulation/analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support structural, modal and thermal analyses of motor components and assemblies.
• Prepare CAD geometry for finite element analysis and validate results against requirements.
• Assist in designing tests, fixtures and samples for validation of analyses.
• Contribute to design concepts to improve performance, durability and manufacturability.
• Support material selection, root cause analysis and production of technical reports.
