ATA Recruitment (Trading name of Ganymede Solutions) is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join the White Collar Engineering team in Leicester, specialising in Design and Project Engineering. You will source for engineering professionals, manage candidates through the process and contribute to successful placements, with a path toward a 360 role.

The role offers structured training, mentoring, and clear progression, with uncapped commission and annual awards.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience in Resourcer/Consultant roles is beneficial.
• Ability to source quality candidates and qualify them effectively.
• Strong written and spoken English with professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through multiple channels (ads, databases, LinkedIn and networks).
• Manage candidate journey from contact to placement.
• Handle two live vacancies per week with the Principal Consultant.
• Build relationships with candidates and clients to develop a talent pipeline.
