Job Summary:

Coordinate activities to enhance product and process quality at Revlon. This role involves analyzing KPIs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies for continuous quality enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Quality Improvement Projects: Facilitate initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement Quality Strategies: Use methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and TQM to improve quality processes.
  • Develop Documentation: Create and maintain quality documentation to support improvements.
  • Train and Mentor Staff: Educate employees on quality initiatives and processes.
  • Monitor Metrics: Track and report key quality metrics to management.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of trends in quality management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in quality engineering or continuous improvement roles.
  • Skills: Analytical, problem-solving, project management skills; proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma tools.
