Job summary

Strata Consulting in the United Kingdom is seeking a Civil Engineer to deliver civil designs for high-quality residential developments from concept to completion.

You will join an in-house technical team, producing infrastructure designs across highways, drainage, foundations and external works, and collaborate with internal departments and external consultants to meet programme and quality targets throughout project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• Previous experience as a Civil Engineer within consultancy or in-house design team for a residential developer.
• Experience designing infrastructure, highways, drainage, foundations and external works for housing developments.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, PDS and FLOW (or similar design software).
• Ideally Chartered (MICE) or Incorporated, although support will be provided for candidates working towards professional accreditation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
• A proactive approach with a genuine desire to develop your career within residential development.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established residential developer with an in-house technical team, where you'll play a key role in the design and delivery of infrastructure for new housing schemes.
