Kier in Cambridgeshire is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer to join the Facilities Management team on the Cambridgeshire County Council Contract. Based in Cambridgeshire, 40 hours per week, you will perform routine and reactive maintenance to keep buildings safe, compliant and operational.
You will undertake PPMs, diagnose faults across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fabric, supervise sub-contractors, and ensure RAMS and permits to work are in place.

Often the first point of contact to make-safe and complete first time fix/repair, you'll be responsible for ensuring continuous operational availability of our buildings. You'll work in close collaboration with the contract team to ensure safe, compliant and high-quality service delivery across multiple sites within the portfolio as operational needs require.
As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you'll be working within the Facilities Management team, supporting them in delivering safe, compliant and high-quality service across the Cambridgeshire County Council portfolio.
