Job summary

Envision Education is partnering with a welcoming school in Hillingdon, London to recruit a Teaching Assistant. You will provide classroom, 1:1 and small group support, collaborating with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and monitor pupil progress.

This role requires a DBS check and a willingness to travel to or reside near Hillingdon. The successful candidate will support learning across classes, contributing to a positive, inclusive environment and supporting pupils to achieve their

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a school or supporting children.
• Experience working with children, with a reference to support it.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
• The ability to commute to Hillingdon or live locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, 1:1 and small group support as a Teaching Assistant.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Observe and monitor pupils' progress and share feedback with teachers.
• Encourage pupils in their learning and support them in completing classroom activities.
