Job summary

Envision Education is partnering with schools across the Hertfordshire area to recruit Unqualified Teaching Assistants. The role involves providing support across a range of classes, working closely with teachers and other staff to support pupils' learning and development.

You will be expected to provide classroom, 1:1 and small group support, collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning environment, and assist with delivering engaging lessons for pupils.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a school or supporting children with SEND (reference required).
• An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
• The ability to commute to Hertfordshire or live locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, 1:1 and small group support as a Teaching Assistant.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Observe and monitor pupils' progress and share feedback with teachers.
• Encourage pupils in their learning and support them in completing classroom activities.
