Job summary

Flourish Education is recruiting a Science Teacher for a Redditch secondary from October 2026. The role involves planning engaging lessons across Key Stages 3–5, building positive relationships with students and delivering high-quality science teaching within a supportive department.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT), with confident delivery across Biology, Physics and Chemistry, and strong classroom management.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) required.
• Strong subject knowledge across Biology, Physics and Chemistry.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3–KS5.
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to diverse learners.
