Job summary

The Goodwood Art Foundation is seeking Casual Gallery Hosts to welcome visitors and bring exhibitions to life at Goodwood. In this role you will greet guests, share information about artworks, support tours and events, and help visitors connect with contemporary art.

You will assist with reception and occasional retail tasks during peak times, always upholding a friendly, professional atmosphere. This casual role offers shifts according to business needs, including weekends and holiday periods,

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors to the Goodwood Art Foundation.
• Sharing information about exhibitions, artists and artworks in an engaging and accessible way.
• Helping visitors explore and enjoy the galleries and wider Foundation site.
• Supporting tours, events and education activities when required.
• Answering visitor questions and providing excellent customer service.
• Assisting with Reception and Retail activities during busy periods.
• Helping maintain a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for all visitors.
• Acting as an ambassador for the Goodwood Art Foundation at all times.
