Job summary

Protocol Education in Morley (West Yorkshire) is seeking confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools. You will supervise classes during teacher absences, delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with young people, strong communication, and hold a DBS check (Update Service preferred). Pay is £100–£130 per day with flexible full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in education or related settings.
• Confident managing groups of students independently.
• Hold a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subject areas.
• Supervise and manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Ensure students stay on task and complete assigned work.
• Foster a positive and productive learning environment.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding pupil engagement and behaviour.
