Job summary

Care Concern Group is seeking an Activities Coordinator at Longbridge Deverill Nursing Home to design and deliver a varied activities programme for residents, including those living with dementia. You will run group and one-to-one activities, building meaningful relationships to tailor activities to individual preferences, abilities and care needs.

The role offers a supportive environment, with training available and a contract of 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a varied programme of group and one‑to‑one activities.

• Support inclusive participation and dementia-friendly activities.
• Work as part of the wider team and occasionally on alternate weekends.
