Job summary

Beechgrove Care Home in Lanark is seeking an Activities Coordinator to enhance daily life through engaging, person-centred activities. You will plan and deliver a varied programme of group and one-to-one activities tailored to individual interests and care needs, including residents living with dementia.

We welcome candidates with experience in activities or related fields; training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in activities coordination or similar role is beneficial.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities.
• Interest in supporting older people.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a varied programme of group and one-to-one activities.
• Build relationships to tailor activities to individual interests and care needs.
• Support inclusive participation and assist residents including those living with dementia.
