Turning Point’s Leicestershire and Rutland Substance Use Services is seeking a Recovery Worker based in the Coalville Hub as part of the County Engagement Team. You will engage new service users into treatment, conduct thorough needs assessments, and develop initial risk assessments and recovery plans to support early engagement in care.

The role requires flexible, dynamic communication with individuals and groups, a passion for relapse prevention, and the ability to travel between Turning Point

Qualificações

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with service users.
• Experience or grounding in health, housing or social care is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Support new service users into treatment with proactive engagement.
• Complete comprehensive assessments daily, face to face and by telephone.
• Carry out initial risk assessments and develop recovery plans.
• Support front-end engagement to maximise ongoing treatment participation.
