Job summary

Turning Point in Coalville is looking for a Recovery Worker to join the County Engagement Team. You will support new service users into treatment with proactive engagement, and conduct assessments face to face or by phone.

Starting salary £25,870 with annual pay progression up to £30,265, dependent on experience. The role is 37 hours per week, permanent, with a strong reward package and clear career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and engagement skills.
• Ability to assess needs and develop recovery plans.
• Experience in health and social care is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support new service users into treatment with engagement support.
• Complete comprehensive daily assessments both face-to-face and by telephone.
• Carry out initial risk assessments and recovery planning to reduce risks.
