Job summary

AIOS is hiring a senior Product Manager - Engagement for its Bolt Pharmacy app. You’ll shape the social experience, launch Circles groups, and drive freemium growth to deepen engagement among GLP-1 users. You’ll own retention metrics and partner with design and engineering to move quickly in a regulated, AI-powered healthcare context.

This is a fully remote role with overlap with European and US time zones; you’ll report to Head of Product and collaborate with our nascent Engagement Pod.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Manager on consumer apps with demonstrated delivery of growth features.
• Experience building social or community features and growth-oriented conversions.
• Ability to own hypothesis, roadmap and outcomes end to end.
• Strong data mindset with comfort in qualitative and quantitative research.

Responsibilities

• Engagement & Social Direction: own the app roadmap to make the experience compelling daily.
• Community Building: lead Circles and private groups to foster social support and retention.
• Freemium Growth: own freemium loop to attract new users and convert existing ones.
• Behavioural Design: apply growth loops and clinical constraints to drive ongoing engagement.
• Research: lead qualitative/quantitative studies to refine direction and impact.
• Metrics Ownership: define and monitor weekly active users, retention and conversions.
