Job summary

Doccla is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the engagement journeys across multi-channel touchpoints in a healthtech context. You will explore how to onboard and retain patients, design scalable workflows, and measure impact for NHS partners and patients.

This role is hybrid with London HQ involvement; you’ll work closely with clinical, technical, and commercial teams to deliver safe, effective Virtual Care products.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a PM delivering product outcomes.
• Experience shipping products where the core model/flow mattered more than UI.
• Prior work in a technology startup or scale-up environment.
• Experience running experiments on large data sets.
• Comfort collaborating with engineers on build-vs-buy decisions.
• Excellent communication skills across stakeholders.
• AI-native mindset applied to product decisions.
• Curiosity and determination to drive impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own patient journey outcomes and corresponding metrics.
• Frame problems with clear problem statements and success criteria.
• Define focus, roadmap and prioritization with stakeholders.
• Lead discovery, experiments and rapid learning at scale.
• Enable delivery by guiding architecture and integration choices.
• Collaborate with engineers to balance build and buy decisions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, NHS partners and internal teams.
