Job summary

AIOS is hiring a fully remote Affiliate Lead to turn affiliates into a scalable, profitable customer-acquisition channel, starting with Bolt Pharmacy (UK). You will recruit high-quality affiliates, iterate offers and comms, and drive affiliate-attributed revenue while maintaining compliance and profitability.

You will report to Marie Boes and collaborate with senior leaders to build repeatable, scalable growth systems across Everflow and TradeTracker.

Qualifications

• 3+ years growing affiliate, publisher, partnership, and performance-based acquisition channels.
• Experience with affiliate platforms like Everflow and TradeTracker.
• Strong ability to source, pitch, negotiate, and close high-quality affiliates.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills for attribution and CAC.

Responsibilities

• Revenue: Own affiliate-attributed revenue, identify growth opportunities, set plan and deliver.
• Sourcing: Build a consistent pipeline of high-quality affiliates across publishers, content partners, creators, communities.
• Reporting: Create clear view of affiliate performance across revenue, attribution, conversion, CAC, retention, refunds, activation, and concentration.
• Activation: Move new affiliates from signed to live quickly with onboarding, links, offers, and guidance.
• Performance: Manage the affiliate roster based on output.
• Offers: Ensure accurate information early enough for effective execution and scale.
• Comms: Own day-to-day communication with affiliates across Everflow, TradeTracker, email, and other channels.
• Compliance: Review content and maintain a high bar for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Operations: Maintain partner data, tracking links, commissions, workflows, and documentation across platforms.
